Privacy in plain English
We never sell your contact data. Buyers see your UBS score and city, never your phone number, until you accept their enquiry.
What we collect
GSTIN, Udyam number, business address, transaction history (to compute your Unique Business Score) and device-level analytics. Stored in India.
How long we keep things
Financial records — orders, escrow ledger entries and payouts — are retained for 8 years as Indian accounting and tax law requires, anonymised after you leave. Verification documents are kept for 3 years after account closure. Listings, messages, notifications and analytics are deleted with your account, after a 30-day grace period so an accidental request can be undone.
Refunds
Membership is refundable within 7 days, prorated. Logistics and lead unlocks are non-refundable once consumed.
Disputes
Raise a dispute from Help & Support inside the portal. Resolution SLA is 72 hours.
Compliance
DPDP Act 2023 aligned · ISO 27001 in progress · RBI-aligned KYC through our credit partners.
